At reservie we do our best to keep things simple and transparent. That applies to pricing. Our standard system is supplies as community or subscription. There are no explicit difference in how they work or what they offer. They simply provide a different way to pay for the service.

Do the plans come with customer support?
Absolutely, all plans include access to our dedicated customer support to assist you with any onboarding or concerns.
Is there a trial period for the different plans?
No, however, the default sign-up is for community. This allows you to only pay for transactions that we process
Can I switch between plans?
Certainly! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan, at any time. Simply contact us.
How much do you charge for community plan
We charge 1.2% with a minimum charge of 24p per transaction for UK. Other countries a min charge: of 0.24 Euro, 0.24 US$, 0.24 AS$, 0.24 NZ$ applies.
Are there any additional costs?
For credit and debit card payments, a processing fee will be charged by our payment partner Stripe. Please see the Stripe website for further information: https://stripe.com/
