What is reservie?
Reservie is a booking and scheduling platform designed for yoga teachers, studios, retreat companies, and teacher training organisations. It lets you create events, manage bookings, accept payments, and communicate with your customers โ all from one place.
How it works
Once you create a reservie account, you get access to the admin panel where you manage your business. Your customers book through your unique reservie address (e.g. https://your-name.reservie.net), which serves as your customer-facing booking portal.
First steps
If you are new to reservie, here is the quickest path to getting up and running:
1. Create a schedule
A schedule is a timetable that displays your upcoming classes and events. It can stand alone as a hosted page or be embedded directly into most websites. Creating a schedule is the first thing to do because it gives your customers a place to browse and book.

2. Share or embed your schedule
Once your schedule is created, you have two options for making it available to customers:
- Hosted page โ A direct URL you can share on social media, in emails, or link to from your website. No code required.
- Widget embed โ A small code snippet you paste into your website so the schedule appears inline on any page.

3. Add events, appointments, and videos
With your schedule in place, start adding the services you offer:
- Events are one-off or multi-session classes (e.g. a Saturday workshop or a 6-week course). See Creating an Event.
- Appointments are bookable one-to-one or small-group slots.
- Video on Demand lets you upload recorded content that customers can purchase and watch at any time.
Events and appointments can be published to your schedule automatically, so customers see them as soon as they are live.
The admin panel
The admin panel is organised around a sidebar menu with the following sections:
