What the Customer Portal is
The Customer Portal is the website your customers use to manage their own bookings, passes, credits, gift vouchers, payment methods, and subscriptions. It’s separate from the admin area — your customers never sign in to admin, and you generally don’t spend time in the customer portal except to test the experience.
Where customers reach it
Each studio has its own customer portal at a unique reservie address chosen in admin Settings → Configuration:
https://<your-subdomain>.reservie.net
If your subdomain is acme-yoga, your customers visit https://acme-yoga.reservie.net. The portal is branded with the business logo uploaded under Settings → Configuration.
